The Soulslings Baby Carrier Shoulder Strap Protectors are designed to keep your carrier's shoulder straps clean and protected from spit-up, drool, teething, and everyday messes. Sold as a pair, they fit both shoulder straps of Soulslings buckle carriers and can be easily attached, removed, reversed, and washed.
Made with three layers of fabric, the protectors combine softness, absorbency, and durability. The two outer layers feature premium Soulslings fabrics with a different design on each side, while the inner layer uses absorbent cotton terry fabric. The soft construction is gentle on your baby's teeth and gums while helping protect the carrier straps.
A quick hook-and-loop closure makes fastening and removing the protectors simple. Each protector also includes two loop tags for attaching teething toys, pacifiers, or other small accessories. Reversible and available in coordinating designs, they allow you to refresh your carrier's look while reducing the need to wash the entire carrier after every mess.
The protectors can be spot-cleaned with a soft, moist cloth or washed by hand or machine on a gentle cycle using a baby-safe detergent free of optical brighteners. Line dry in the shade to help prevent colour loss and preserve the fabric. We recommend washing separately during the initial washes to help prevent colour transfer.

These are natural characteristics of the fabric and are not considered flaws or defects as long as they do not affect functionality.
